Rise, we believe that it will be one of the unique ways to reach and motivate our youth for a better future. Through RISE we focus on giving real value to our youth, we seek the quality of service, not just a service to be done. Through analyzing youth in our community, we found that a big percentage of youth do not focus on building their personal skills.
