Rise, we believe that it will be one of the unique ways to reach and motivate our youth for a better future. Through RISE we focus on giving a real value to our youth, we seek the quality of service, not just a service to be done. Through analysing youth in our community, we found that a big percentage of youth do not focus on building their personal skills. They do not even have a clear vision or a dream they want to make. Most of their interests are seeking to meet their friends and make some outings. On the other side, there is the youth who have made success stories in different fields such as entrepreneurs, Media And Marketing, Startups, Employment life, Sports, Fashion and Jewellery Designing & More.

Through these scoops, we will provide professional young speakers to:
1. Motivate youth to start thinking about their future, changing their interests, and focusing on professional development.
2. Aware of different career topics and fields they are already working in.
3. Aware them about the difficulties they have already faced.
In parallel with the speakers' Talks, There will be the First Internship Fair in Egypt, which focuses on awarding students more about the real career experience and connecting the academic experience with the real career field.
